Abstract submission and early-bird registration deadline is June 30th, with consideration for talks and awards; Submisions within breaking deadline of August 15th will be considered for posters only and not for awards.

Registration fees:
100 US$ for professors, 50 for postdocs, 25 for postgraduate, and 10 for undergraduate students.

Abstract Submission & Travel Awards
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Submit your abstract with the following basic information (máximum 300 words):
  • Introduction/Background: Briefly introduce the research topic and its significance.
  • Methods: Summarize the research methods used.
  • Results: Present the key findings of the study.
  • Conclusion: State the implications and significance of the results.
  • Do not include references or figures.
Abstracts should be mailed to info@lamig.co
Students that are applying for travel awards should send the email with the abstract and a motivation letter to info@lamig.co copying the students mentor. The travel award will be delivered in cash (Colombian pesos) at the beginning of the symposium.
Student Travel Awards
Applications for student travel awards: Out of town students may apply for a travel awards (Foreign 800 US dollars and Nationals 100 US dollars). Students interested in these awards have to write a motivation letter explaining the importance of the meeting for their academic development.
